Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase.

Because this is a limited-time pre-sale, refunds are only available during the three-week campaign window.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are accepted up until the end of the pre-sale period.
  • Once the campaign ends and orders are sent to production, we cannot offe refunds.
  • No refunds will be issued after items have been shipped.

    • How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, please email us at admin@ourtuition.co.uk with the following details:

    – Your full name
    – Order number
    – Email address used for the purchase
    – Shipping address
    – Reason for the refund

    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your flashcards arrive damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Photos of the issue
    • Your order number
    • Your full name and shipping address
    We’ll review the issue and do our best to resolve it. In confirmed cases of damage or production error, you’ll be entitled to a full refund.

    This is a limited-time pre-sale.
    All orders will be shipped after the campaign ends and production is complete.
    Estimated shipping begins late July or early August 2025.

    Shipping Costs

  • UK orders: Free shipping
  • International orders: Rates vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

    • Tracking

    All shipments will be tracked where possible. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

    Import Taxes and Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import
    fees charged by their country.
  • Most countries charge a small fee of around £2–£4.
  • Norwegian customers are an exception and may be charged around £15 in import fees, depending on local regulations.
  • These charges are completely out of our hands and determined by your country’s laws.
  • That said, we’ve reduced shipping costs for certain high-tax countries to make your order more affordable overall.

    We are not liable for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges upon delivery.

    OurTuition’s Premium Somali Flashcards include 50 double-sided cards, grouped into five
    themed categories. Each card features Somali and English text, sentence examples,
    illustrations, and cultural notes. Your order also includes a free PDF guide sent via email.

    2. Copyright and Usage
    All physical and digital materials are copyrighted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or
    use any part of the flashcards or guide for commercial purposes. These are strictly for
    personal educational use only.

    3. Digital Bonus (PDF Guide)
    The PDF guide is a free bonus that complements your physical flashcards. It is delivered via
    email and cannot be purchased separately or refunded independently.

    4. Orders and Fulfilment
    Orders are processed during our limited-time pre-sale period. Flashcards will be printed and
    shipped once the pre-sale ends. You’ll receive email updates about shipping timelines.

    5. Cancellations and Refunds
    Refunds are available during the three-week pre-sale period only. Once items are shipped,
    we do not offer refunds or cancellations unless your order arrives damaged. See our Refund

    6. Shipping and Import Duties
    We ship to select countries. Customers are responsible for all import taxes or customs fees.

    7. Limitation of Liability
    OurTuition is not liable for any customs delays, additional import fees, or issues caused by
